Objectives
After completing all nutrition classes, participants will be able to create nutritionally balanced meals based on recommended guidelines.

After completion of cooking classes, participants will be able to prepare 3 simple meals using dormitory or apartment kitchen spaces.
​
After completion of the fitness module, participants will understand the importance of increasing their physical activity.
​
After completion of the fitness module, participants will practice resistance exercises twice per week.
​
As a result of the program, college women will reduce their risk for overweight and obesity.
​
As a result of the program, college women will create lifestyle habits for lifelong wellness.
